About Me
About Life Coaching

Life coaching is a method of collaboration to achieve your goals and define your direction. You and I can work together to identify what changes you'd like to make and what you'd like to see happen.

Life coaching is different from therapy. I am not a trained mental health professional and cannot provide diagnosis or treatment for mental health. What I can do is work closely with you to listen to your vision, help pinpoint your questions, and help you find your way.

Our Philosophy

Many life coaches require you to purchase complicated coaching packages and make long- term commitments. While we can design a coaching package if you would like one, you may prefer to just self-schedule a session whenever you would like. A typical session is 50 minutes.

In-person appointments at Christy's office in Bellevue, Washington are also available upon request. Please email us if you would like an in-person session.
